The chairman of the All Party Parliamentary Group on Moldova of the House of Lords of UK Parliament Lord Alfred Dubs will be paying a visit to Chisinau on March 20 – 23, IPN reports, quoting a communiqué from Parliament.

Lord Alfred Dubs will have meetings with Head of Parliament Igor Corman and Prime Minister Iurie Leanca. He will also meet with Deputy Speaker Liliana Palihovici, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Iulian Groza, lawmakers of the commission on foreign policy and European integration, and with members of the parliamentary friendship group with the UK.

The British MP will pay a visit to the Autonomous Territorial Unit of Gagauzia.

The All Party Parliamentary Group on Moldova of the British House of Lords includes 20 MPs. Lord Alfred Dubs also visited Chisinau in 2009.
