Street sections in central Chisinau will be closed to traffic in connection with the holding of the Moldova Support Platform Summit at the Palace of the Republic, IPN reports.
The General Police Inspectorate said that the section of Maria Cebotari St between Schusev St and Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd will be inaccessible to vehicle traffic on October 17 between 8am and 5pm. The section of București St between the streets Bănulescu- Bodoni and Sfatul Țării and the section of 31 august 1989 St between the streets Bănulescu-Bodoni and Sfatul Țării will be also closed to traffic.
“The police recommend the drivers to avoid the given road sections, to comply with the requirements of the police and to show maximum patience and discipline, without deviating from the road traffic regulations,” said the Inspectorate.
The fourth Moldova Support Platform Summit will take place at the Palace of the Republic in Chisinau on October 17. The event will bring together representatives of over 30 countries and international organizations, including the foreign affairs ministers of France, Germany and Romania.
