The National Bank of Moldova (NBM), in partnership with the Center of Excellence in Finance of Ljubljana, has launched the project #NBM LearnOrgLab – Institutional transformation in organization oriented to learning, IPN reports.

The project is a premiere for the region and is aimed at strengthening the institutional skis of the NBM in the field of professional development and transfer of knowledge. The project will be implemented with the support of experts from other central banks and training organizations by developing institutional culture, enhancing the application of knowledge at the NBM and strengthening the managerial and teamwork skills.

The program lasts for three years and in the period the NBM aims to become a study-oriented model of institution.

The implementation of the project is possible thanks to the support provided by the Ministry of Finance of the Netherlands and the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Slovenia through the agency of the International Cooperation and Assistance Program.
