The Central Electoral Commission took note of the vacancy of a deputy mandate assigned to the Action and Solidarity Party. The vacancy occurred following the resignation of deputy Galina Sajin.

The CEC will formally propose to the Constitutional Court to validate the deputy mandate of the alternate candidate Veronica Briceag of the same political party.

After validating the deputy mandate of the alternate candidate Ion Poia, Iurie Melinte and Victoria Butuc-Guranda followed on the PAS list. The last two gave up their mandate. Consequently, the next on the list of substitutes is Veronica Briceag, 43, accountant.
