The failure to comply in due time will lead to the suspension of transfers of state subsidies in the amounts received in violation of the law. The suspension could be ordered starting December 2021.

This applies to the following parties: Our Party – 23.852 lei, Action and Solidarity Party – 100.000 de lei, Party of Moldova’s Development and Consolidation – 40.000 lei, People’s Party – 12.000 lei, Democracy at Home – 7.000 lei, and PACE – 90.000 lei.

Also, political parties benefiting from state subsidies were formally reminded about the requirement to use 20% of the respective annual amounts to encourage women’s participation in political and electoral processes, and 10% to encourage young people.
