The Constitutional Court (CC) on March 19 will examine the application to suspend the decree to nominate Igor Grosu for premiership, IPN reports.
The Party of Socialists challenged the decree by which President Maia Sandu designated acting president of the Party of Action and Solidarity Igor Grosu as Prime Minister.
Starting at 10:30am on March 19, the CC judges will examine the challenge and the decision will be published on the Court’s website.
