Bailiffs sequestrated a vehicle from a person with debts for heat of 36,000 lei. The car owner promised to clear the debt during three days, IPN reports.
According to a communiqué from SA Termocom, the bailiffs didn’t take the car, only the license plate and the technical passport. If the debt is not paid within three days, the vehicle will be confiscated and then sold.
The heat utility said that according to the information provided by bailiffs, 75 vehicles owned by consumers with debts for heat are being looked for, while 38 were identified and will be sequestrated. The company calls on the consumers to pay the bills in time so as to avoid being sued and remaining without property.
