On 6-8 March the police of the capital undertakes prophylaxis measures among minors according to a special operation plan „Care”. The aim of these actions, according to police, is to prevent and fight juvenile criminality, to undertake preventive-prophylactic measures to fight vagrancy and beggary in the same period. According to this plan, policemen ensure the public order in the regions near the bars, Internet-clubs, education institutions and discos, making the necessary activities to prevent and stop the offences, drug and alcohol consumption, to exclude selling of alcohol drinks and tobacco goods to teenagers, to prevent accidents among minors. The analysis of the operative actions showed the worsening of the criminal situation, increasing of the number of incidents and cases of disappearance of children, one of the main causes being living minors without supervision. Along the first 2 months of 2006, there were registered 355 offences on the territory of the country made by minors or with their participation.
