An attempt to smuggle cannabis to the value of €20,000 from Chisinau to Spain by a parcel delivery route was foiled. According to the General Police Commissariat, four young men are being investigated in this case, Info-Prim Neo reports. The two kilograms of drugs had been hidden in a stereo system. The police identified and arrested four suspects aged between 20 and 25 from Ceadir-Lunga district. The investigation goes on to establish if other persons are involved in the given business. The culprits face 7 to 15 years in prison on drug distribution charges. The four are also suspected of committing other offenses in Chisinau.
