The candidates for the post of judge of the Constitutional Court will repeatedly take the written test on November 23. The previous contest was annulled as a result of a bomb threat, IPN reports.
The seven persons, whose applications were accepted by the commission for the election of candidates for Constitutional Court judge on behalf of the Government, will be tested to see their knowledge of the constitutional law, the case law of the Constitutional Court and of the European Court of Human Rights in cases against Moldova.
After the testing, the Commission will assess the test papers and will announce the names of those who passed the test and will be admitted to the second stage of the contest – public interview.
