Prime Minister Vlad Filat has requested the Ministry of Transportation and Roads to introduce regulations providing for compensation for flight cancellations and long flight delays, Info-Prim Neo reports. The Government said in a press release that the regulations will set out the passengers' right to compensation, reimbursement, flight rerouting and to care while waiting. The move is in line with Moldova's efforts to align its legislation and rules to EU standards.
