A call center intended for the Moldovans working is close to being set up. It will represent an important and modern public relations instrument of the Consular Affairs Department of the Ministry Foreign Affairs and European Integration, Info-Prim Neo reports. In a communique, the Ministry says that those who will seek help through the agency of the center will be quickly provided with the necessary information and will find out what steps they must take to solve the consular problems. The call center is set up as part of the Ministry's activities aimed at correctly informing the Moldovans who are abroad about their rights and at protecting their interests, the communique says.
