A man aged 27 perished in a road accident that happened at the intersection of Dacia Blvd and Bacioii Noi St in Chisinau at about 5am on March 5. The cab he was driving crashed violently with another car.

Press officer of the Chisinau Police Division Natalia Stati has told IPN that there was by one passenger in both of the vehicles. The impact was fatal for the cab driver. The taxi passenger and the other two men from the second car were admitted to the Emergency Medicine Institute with different traumas. They are now out of danger.

An investigation is underway. Two traffic accidents involving cabs were reported in Chisinau last week. One of them claimed the life of a woman, while the second resulted in the injuring of a man aged 22.
