The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria Kristian Vigenin will pay a working visit to Moldova on October 7-8, at the invitation of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Natalia Gherman, IPN reports.
According to a communiqué from the Foreign Ministry, Natalia Gherman and Kristian Vigenin will discuss possibilities of developing the cooperation between the two states, taking into account the prospects of the Eastern Partnership, in the context of the approaching Vilnius Summit of this November.
Kristian Vigenin will have meetings with President Nicolae Timofti, Prime Minister Iurie Leanca and Head of Parliament Igor Corman. He will also pay a visit to Taraclia, where he will meet with the Bulgarian diaspora in Moldova.
