Bulgaria woos Moldovan seasonal workers in tourism
Hotels owners plan to import seasonal workers from Moldova and Romania in case they fail to find lured-by-offers-abroad Bulgarians to fill in the vacancies.
Experts warned that resorts near the town of Dobrich on the northern Black Sea coast are doomed to suffer this year from a shortage of staff during the upcoming tourist season.
The authorities of the branch association of restaurateurs in Dobrich town stated that a total of 1500 employees - mainly cooks, waiters, life-guards and even errand boys - are being wanted in the northern costal resorts.
