The building of the “From the Rose Street” Theater will be renovated as part of a public-private partnership (PPP) project. This is an unfinished construction that is 1 478.8 square meters in area. It is situated at 17/1 Cuza Voda Blvd in Chisinau, IPN reports.

The project will be implemented based on a contract. The state-owned building will be transferred to the private partner for a definite period of time. The private partner will be obliged to keep the purpose of the building. When the contract expires, the building will return to the chosen public partner, which is the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research. This should be in a good state and free from tasks and obligations.

The works were estimated at 25 million lei.
