Moldova's Acting President Mihai Ghimpu signed degrees, promulgating the state budget law, the state social insurance budget law and the law on the mandatory health insurance funds for 2010 adopted by the Parliament on December 23, 2009. By another decree, Ghimpu ordered setting up an Embassy of Moldova in Spain, based in Madrid. The Government is to agree the structure, number of employees and budget of the Embassy.
