The revenues collected into the state budget this January totalled 800.4 million lei, a 1.8% increase compared with the projections for this period. The basic incomes collected came to 683.2 million lei, by 0.3% more than planned. The average daily collections were 35.2 million lei. The spending from the state budget in January 2008 was 1.24 billion lei, by 107 million lei more compared with the same month of 2007. The basic expenditure came to 974.7 million lei or by 143.6 million lei higher than in January 2007. The revenues to the budgets of the territorial administrative units added up to 469.8 million lei, which represents 100.3% of the plan. They are by 13.9% or 58.2 million lei higher than in the corresponding period last year. The own incomes totalled 173.2 million lei or 108.8% of the projections. The spending from the budgets of the territorial administrative units this January was 341.6 million lei, by 33% or 80.4 million lei more than last January.
