The revenues to the state budget increased by 6.3% in the first seven months of the year compared to the same period of 2018, while expenses increased by 15.4%. The budget deficit registered during the mentioned period was 2398.9 million lei.

In a Ministry of Finance press release, it is stated that state budget revenues amounted to 21682 million lei, while 24080.9 million lei were spent.

The State Tax Service has collected 9813.8 million lei revenue, more by 204 million lei compared to the similar period of 2018.

The revenues collected by the Customs Service increased by 817.3 million lei compared to the same period of 2018, amounting to 12336.6 million lei.

Income tax revenues equal 4053.4 million lei, decreasing by 2.8% compared to the same period of the previous year.
