The Broadcasting Council has ordered media service distributors to cease the rebroadcasting of RU-TV Moldova from February 24. Additionally, the channel was fined 30,000 lei for having operated without a broadcast license since May 14, 2022.

Euroshow Grup SRL was given a 15,000 lei fine on October 28, 2022 for violating the same provision. Contrary to the decision of the Council at that time, by which the termination of the broadcast of the television service was also ordered, RU-TV Moldova continued to be broadcast without a license, a fact confirmed by 12 media service distributors, said the Broadcasting Council.
