Moldova’s Daria Cozorez won gold in the U23 competition. The boxer won the final of the +81 kg class against the representative of Turkey Seimas Duztas, IPN reports.

According to the Ministry of Education and Research, this year Daria Cozorez became European champion among seniors as well.

At the EUBC U23 Boxing Championships held in Bulgaria’s Sofia, Vladislav Gudzi won a bronze medal in the up to 67 kg weight class.

The participation of the national boxing team in the U23 continental competition was possible with the financial support of the Ministry of Education and Research.
