An employee of the Border Police shot himself fatally in the head from his service gun at about 21.30 on August 20. He worked at the Tocuz Border Police Sector in Causeni district, IPN reports, quoting a communiqué from the Border Police.

The Causeni Prosecutor’s Office launched an inquiry to elucidate the circumstances of the incident.

The causes that made the man to commit suicide are not yet known.
