Border with Romania besieged by Moldovan students returning to studies

About 3,000 Romanian border police officers are supervising the frontier in the period. If need be, the number of control arteries will be increased, the General Inspectorate said. Last month, the Romanian border was crossed by about 2.6 million persons. 337,000 crossings were recorded on the Moldovan-Romanian border.
