Four people, including a Border Police employee, were detained for drug trafficking.
According to a Prosecutor's Office for Combating Organized Crime and Special Cases (PCCOCS) press release, the four suspects were detained on November 12 and 13. One of the suspects was cought in flagrante delicto as he was selling cannabis.
The ages of the suspects range from 23 to 37 years and have previously been tried for similar offenses. According to law enforcement officers, "they worked in a well-structured network of procurement, transportation, distribution and marketing of narcotic substances in very large proportions".
If convicted, the suspects face a prison term of 7 to 15 years.
