The employees who work in conditions of high risk to health will get bonuses to salaries equal to at least one basic salary. The MPs adopted relevant amendments to the Labor Code, the salary law and the law on the salary in the public sector, IPN reports.

The bill that was given a final reading was proposed by PPPDA MP Liviu Vovc. The bonuses will be paid for the real duration of work provided in high risk conditions, which will represent the pandemic fighting period.

In accordance with the document, the categories of salary earners involved in work done in high risk conditions during the state of emergency, siege or war or during the state of public health emergency are decided by the Commission for Exceptional Situations of the Republic of Moldova or the National Extraordinary Public Health Commission.
