All the employees and visitors who were inside the Buiucani Court were evacuated after a man called the 112 Service and said that explosive devices were planted in the building. The police cordoned off the area and are carrying out searches, IPN reports.

According to press officer of the Chisinau Police Division Natalia Stati, all the persons were evacuated from the building. A bomb squad is examining the building and the area around it.

The caller faces a fine of at most 42,500 lei, 180 to 240 hours of community service or a maximum jail term of two years.
