A new bomb hoax was reported in Chisinau. This is the second so far this week. A bank based in Chisinau was involved this time, IPN reports.
A man called 902 at 11am on April 11 and said that the bank situated on Stefan cel Mare Blvd was mined. The police and a bomb squad travelled to the scene and examined the place, but found no explosive device. The area remained fenced for a period and the person were evacuated from the bank.
The author faces a fine and up to two years in jail.
On April 10, an individual called 902 and informed that a bomb was planted at the Centru branch of the Court of Chisinau. The bomb scare turned out to be a hoax.
