The body of a young woman was detected in Dendrariu Park in Chisinau on Friday morning. The forensic doctor did not find bodily injuries on the body, Natalia Stati, head of the press service of the Chisinau Police Division, told IPN.
She said that the Buiucani Police Inspectorate at 09:42 a.m. was notified of a body discovered in the park's pond.
The identity of the young woman was established. The woman was 27 years old.
The press reported that the young woman escaped from the psychiatric hospital, but Natalia Stati, of the Chisinau Police Division, said that the woman was admitted to a medical institution and left without being allowed to by doctors. An investigation was opened to determine all the circumstances.
