The body of a woman aged over 40 was discovered on the outskirts of a wood near Hârbovăț village of Anenii Noi district on March 5. The identity of the victim hasn’t been yet determined.
Anenii Noi Police Inspectorate press officer Silvia Vetcu has told IPN that the police were alerted by a man who found the body. At the scene, the medical examiner found visible signs of violent death on the body.
An investigation is under way.
