The body of a woman was found in a waste container in Buiucani district of Chisinau in the morning of March 13. The discovery was made by an employee of the cleanup service.
Press officer of the Chisinau Police Division Natalia Stati has told IPN that a criminal case was started over murder.
The police was informed about the find by the person who was sweeping the street and found the body in a bag at 7:40am. An operational group and a medical examiner went to the scene.
The identity of the victim and the cause of death are yet to be found out.
