Voluntary blood donors are expected today at the Muncești Health Center in the capital, located at 400 Muncesti Road, between 08:00 and 14:00. The event is part of the national campaign "Donate Blood – Give Life", IPN reports.

Individuals aged between 18 and 60, without chronic or infectious diseases, are eligible to donate blood.

Donors should have breakfast before donating blood. Additionally, they must avoid consuming alcoholic beverages for 72 hours and fatty foods for 48 hours before donation.

The initiative is organized by the municipality in collaboration with the National Blood Transfusion Center and the IMSP Territorial Medical Association Botanica.
