The electoral bloc ACUM on January 2 presented the list of candidates in single-member constituencies, IPN reports.
“We have a very good, solid team that together with all the citizens of the Republic of Moldova, who want the country and the people to live well, will show power and courage and will emerge victorious. We will win a victory together,” Maia Sandu, co-president of the bloc ACUM, told a news conference.
The head of the PPPDA local organization in Briceni Vladimir Scutari will run in constituency No. 1 Briceni, Ocnița, head of the PPPDA local organization in Dondușeni Remus Ciobanu in constituency No. 2 Ocnița, Dondușeni, leader of the PPPDA youth organization Dinu Plângău in constituency No. 3 Edineț, while the leader of the party’s youth organization in Râșcani Tatiana Gametski in constituency No. 4 Râșcani, Drochia, Dondușeni. The candidate in constituency No. 5 Glodeni, Râșcani is journalist Rodica Nimerenko, who represents civil society, while the candidate in constituency No. 6 Drochia, Dondușeni, Soroca is the leader of the PPPDA local organization in Drochia Svetlana Conea.
Geography teacher Larisa Ungureanu, who heads the PAS local organization in Soroca, runs in constituency No. 7 Soroca, Liberal-Democratic MP Iurie Țap in constituency No.8, leader of the PPPDA local organization in Florești Arina Spataru in constituency No. 9 Bălți, while PPPDA vice president Elena Bordeianu in constituency No. 10 Bălți. Teacher Vasile Tătaru will compete in constituency No. 11 Fălești, while political analyst Oazu Nantoi in constituency No. 12 Sângerei, Florești.
