Mary Kay Moldova tops the rankings of the best 10 companies to work for in 2013. The rankings are compiled annually by Axa Management Consulting, IPN reports.

Axa Management Consulting vice director Vitalie Popa told a news conference that Coca Cola Bottlers Chisinau and the law office Turcan-Cazac ranked second and third.

The fourth piston is taken by Moldcell, which is followed by JT International Luxembourg and Petrom Moldova. Orbico MA was placed seventh, while Red Union Fenosa ranks eighth. The next two places are occupied by ProCredit Bank and Eximbank Gruppo Veneto-Banca.

Attending the event, Lucia Cobuleanu, coordinator at Coca Cola Bottlers Chisinau, said the company she represents was always among the top 10 companies. “This year we achieved the best result” she stated.

Petrom Moldova manager Tatiana Cartoflea said that they took part in the contest for the first time and entered the rankings. Before filling out the questionnaire offered by the organizer, the company distributed four internal questionnaires by which they assessed the employees’ knowledge. “Such polls provide a stimulus for growing professionally,” she said.

The rankings were produced the fifth consecutive year. The contest involved over 730 managers from 37 companies working in Moldova.
