The beach in Vadul lui Voda town has been flooded after the level of the Nistru water increased by over 15 centimeters in the area last night. Contacted by Info-Prim Neo, the head of the Green Spaces Association Eliferie Haruta said 100 servicemen are now building a barrage there. According to the Emergencies Service press officer Liliana Puscasu, the Nistru water level rose by 35 centimeters between Criuleni and Vadul lui Voda, by 26 centimeters in Vadul lui Voda and by 33 centimeters between Anenii Noi and Stefan Voda. The barrages in the risk areas, like Vadul lui Voda, Varnita and Telita, are being reinforced with sacks of sand.
