The group of the Bloc of Communists and Socialists requested to invite Prime Minister Natalia Gavrilița to Parliament to question her and find out at what price the natural gas is purchased from alternative sources, IPN reports.

BSC MP Elena Bodnarenco said Premier Gavrilița should disclose the current purchase price of gas and should provide the information she promised to make public at the previous sitting.

The proposal was short of votes yet.

In the same siting, the Communists and Socialists asked to question Minister of Education Anatolie Topală so as to learn about the situation in the education system during the pandemic and the energy crisis. “As the vacation of students was extended, we ask to supplement the agenda with the questioning of the minister of education about the management of the education process during the pandemic and energy crises,” said BCS MP Diana Caraman.

This request wasn’t supported by the parliamentary majority either.
