Two bailiffs were fined by 12,000 lei, one bailiff was suspended for six months, while another one was obliged to train eight academic staff members at their own expense. The penalties were imposed by the Disciplinary Board of the National Union of Bailiffs, IPN reports.

According to the Ministry of Justice, the bailiffs were punished disciplinary for the committed violations based on complaints filed by private individuals and legal entities. The complainers invoked the violation of their rights or interests in the execution procedure.

The bailiffs were penalized for serious violation of professional obligations, delay, negligence in performing the execution procedure, non-observance of time limits of procedural rules or groundless refusal to implement particular decisions.
