Bailiffs elect administration
Roman Talmaci was elected president of the National Bailiffs Union for a period of four years. Nicolae Gusan, Anatol Banarescu and Vladislav Constantiniuc will head the three local bailiffs offices– North, Center and South, Info-Prim Neo reports.
According to the Ministry of Justice, now that the executive authorities were elected, the process of instituting the private court decision implementation system is over.
“The liberalization of this system is one of the most complex reforms implemented so far in justice. It is a very important stage for the Moldovan legal system,” Minister of Justice Alexandru Tanase said at the opening of the Congress of Bailiffs.
Under the statutes adopted at the Congress, the National Bailiffs Union is a professional noncommercial association. The Union's Board includes bailiffs Roman Talmaci, Anatolie Banarescu, Oxana Novicov, Vladimir Bezede, Svetlana Mocan, Svetlana Postovan, and Eudochia Shevchenko.
