More than 21,000 students will sit the Baccalaureate exam in the foreign language at 103 centers on June 9. According to the Ministry of Education, over 11,000 candidates will sit the exam in English, 9,176 – in French, 273 – in German, 68 – in Italian, 109 – in Spanish, while 38 – in the Turkish language, IPN reports.
By the decision of the National Exams Commission, 229 students with international foreign language proficiency certificates were exempted from taking the exam and will get a ‘10’ automatically.
Five students were removed from the examination hall and their exam papers were annulled because they tried to cheat in the first two Baccalaureate exams.
