Baby suffers natural gas poisoning
A baby boy from Chisinau was taken to the hospital with symptoms of natural gas poisoning.
Chisinau Ambulance Service managing doctor Anatol Proca has told Info-Prim Neo that the baby was sleeping when his elder brother turned the gas stove on. The flame was put out by an air current and the gas spread in the room. Fortunately, adults entered the room and smelled the gas. The baby was rushed to the Mother and Child Hospital.
A woman aged 53 was admitted to Saint Trinity Hospital in a third-degree coma after she tried to kill herself with sleeping pills. A 30-year-old man also took pills and order to kill himself and was taken to the same hospital.
A heavily inebriated woman in her 60s fell into a puddle and was unable to get up. She was taken to Saint Trinity Hospital with hypothermia.
Yesterday and last night, the Chisinau Ambulance Service had dealt with 695 emergencies, including 67 cases of acute viral infection, 58 cases of trauma, and nine strokes.
