Baby boy born home alive and healthy
A baby boy was born alive and healthy in the house of his parents in Chisinau’s suburban town of Vatra. The mother, who was at her second delivery, could not wait for the ambulance doctors to arrive and gave birth to her baby at home.
Ludmila Untura, doctor-coordinator at the Chisinau Emergency Service, told Info-Prim Neo that the delivery went fine both for the mother and her son. The ambulance transported them to the maternity ward.
A young woman, 22, was found in the Airport area with obvious signs of acute poisoning. She was admitted to “Sfanta Treime” Hospital for detox.
A man in alcoholic coma, with unknown identity, was found on the street, and another unidentified man was found with brain stroke.
Over the last 24 hours, the Chisinau Emergency Service registered 692 calls, including 62 cases of trauma, 72 acute viral diseases and 3 brain strokes.
