Azeri businessman dispossessed of two tonnes of diesel fuel, faces fine
A citizen of Azerbaijan has illegally opened a filling station on the territory of the National Army’s Special Training Center. Anticorruption officers identified the illegal business after being furnished with relevant information, Info-Prim Neo reports.
In a communiqué, the Anticorruption Center informs that over two tonnes of diesel fuel without documents of origin were found at the non-registered filling station. The diesel fuel was sold for 14 lei a liter. The total sum is estimated at about 30,000 lei.
The owner is liable to a fine of up to 3,000 lei. The two tonnes of diesel fuel were sequestrated and will be most probably confiscated.
