The companies that invest in the development of the animal-breeding sector of Gagauzia will enjoy financial support from the regional authorities. The government of the autonomous unit said that subsidies of 1 million lei will be allocated from the budget of Gagauzia to these companies, IPN reports.

Besides subsidies, the companies that contribute to the development of the given sector will be offered a series of tax concessions. Especially, under the Law on Investments, the companies that invest more than US$250,000 in the real economy are exempted from paying taxes for a five-year period.
