The center of information and documentation of citizens of the Chisinau Mayoralty proves its efficiency, states that interim Mayor Vasile Ursu, who declared that during the last week, 829 persons profited from center’s services. Ursu urged the Municipal Departments that have desks at the Center to spare no effort in increasing the professional level of the personnel which work at the desks in order to solve efficiently the requests of the citizens. “Of course, the problems must be solved in conformity with the legislation and not over night, though we must not admit situations when citizens have to wait for years for a simple problem”, Ursu declared. The interim Mayor said that many problems of the citizens are the responsibility of the Department Urban Regime Control. During a week 160 solicitations were registered. Because of this, Ursu solicited the leadership of the Mayoralty to move it from the Rascani district into the City Hall, in order to quicker solve problems. Previously, Ursu declared that the Center for Information and Documentation will have several new desks: for the Communal Department and prosecutors where the prosecutors of all districts and as well the prosecutor of Chisinau will offer consultancy services. Authorities will examine the possibility of opening new desks for other municipal services. Desks for the PR department, the offices of the counselors of deputy Mayors, and the juridical section will be created within the center. 5 desks are working at present in the frameworks of the center: Land relations, Architecture and Urbanism, Construction authorizations, Patrimonial relations, Commerce, Service Offering. The consultancy desks started to work at the Mayoralty on July 13.
