Author of bomb threat at Russian Embassy may be admitted to psychiatric hospital
Prosecutors demand that the court order placing the man who in July announced that a bomb was planted in the building of the Russian Embassy in Chisinau in a psychiatric hospital, Info-Prim Neo reports.
“The psychiatric examination showed the man does not realize he did something wrong,” the Prosecutor General's Office says in a communique.
The incident happened on July 19. The bomb squad inspected the building, but found no explosive devices. The 35-year-old man is from Nisporeni. He lives with his parents and suffers from epilepsy
and personality change.
