The police received over 40 notifications of alleged violations in the electoral process from electoral contenders and their legal representatives. At least six cases of blocking of roads were reported by 1:30pm, IPN reports.

Deputy head of the General Police Inspectorate Marin Maxian in a press briefing said that roads were blocked in Florești, Dubăsari, Rezina, Bender and Varnița. All the cases are being examined.

The police were also notified of three cases of vote corruption, one of which wasn’t confirmed.

There were reported eight case of organized transportation of voters, three of which were confirmed. The police identified 35 units of transport that tried to travel to polling places for several times.

There was also an instance of campaigning and six cases of electoral advertising.
