At the Chisinau Sports Festival 2024, parents will be able to discover extracurricular activities suitable for their children. During the June 8 event, there will be presented sports offers that children from Chisinau municipality can attend free of charge, IPN reports.

The General Division of Education, Youth and Sports said that, the most diverse sports disciplines and schools of the city will be gathered in “La Izvor” Park on June 8, between 11:00 and 17:00. Thus, the parents will be given the opportunity to familiarize themselves with each option in detail and choose the right activity for their child.

“From football, basketball and tennis to swimming, athletics and martial arts, there is something for every person fond of physical exercise and sports enthusiast. If you want to encourage the development of physical abilities, promote team spirit or give your child the opportunity to discover their passion, the Chisinau Sports Festival 2024 is the ideal place to find the answers you are looking for,” said the Division.

During the event, the participants will have the opportunity to interact with coaches and representatives of sports schools, who will be happy to provide them with additional information about the program, costs and benefits of each activity.

The visitors will see demonstrations and presentations by talented athletes who will inspire and will show the huge potential of sport in children’s lives. “The Chisinau Sports Festival 2024 supports the promotion of a healthy lifestyle and the active involvement of children in sports activities,” noted the Division.
