The estimated cost of one day in summer camps for children and teens this year will be 108.34 lei, in sports camps – 116.67 lei, in tourist camps – 125 lei, while in day camps - 75 lei, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a Government Decision. According to Minister of Education Leonid Bujor, the prices of the tickets will be set by the administrations of the camps on the basis of the approximate costs approved by the executive. The summer camps are financed from the state budget, the budgets of the territorial-administrative units and from the special financial resources allocated by companies and organizations. One fourth of the tickets will be distributed to orphans, children from families on low incomes and children with impressive performance. The other tickets will be sold. The parents will pay 15-20% of their price. The governmental commission that will coordinate the work of the summer cams will be headed by Deputy Prime Minister Ion Negrei. A number of 481 days camps and 67 tourist camps worked in Moldova last summer. They accommodated about 90,000 children. The camps must be ready to receive guests by May 20.
