As from January 1, 2021, the pensioners who retired after 1999 and continued to work for seven to ten years can file an application to have their old-age pension reviewed through the relevant electronic service available on www.cnas.md. The National House of Social Insurance (CNAS) continues to implement electronic services so as to inform the citizens and to provide services online, IPN reports.
Recently, the trial period for testing the Online Appointment Scheduling service ended. The pensioners can make an appointment with the company for filing an application to have their pension set or reexamined. During the first two months of this year, of the 35,699 places available for appointments, 626 were used.
The pensioners can visit the local houses of social insurance on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Families with children are provided services on the other days. All the services provided by the CNAS electronically can be found on www.cnas.md.
For any question about online appointment scheduling and other services provided by the local houses of social insurance, those interested can contact the CNAS Call Center on 022 257 777.
