Specialists of SA “Apa-Canal Chisinau” organize meetings with consumers from the suburban communities of Chisinau with the aim of answering consumers’ questions and of informing them about the company’s work, IPN reports.

According to the public utility, the goal is to establish continuous communication between the operator and end-users. The meetings are held by the company’s specialists at the local mayor’s offices. These already involved more than 60 persons from Gratiesti, Budesti, Durlesti and Bubuieci villages and from Ialoveni town.

Most of the end-users asked to be explained the process of invoicing water consumption and informed about a number of technical problems. These were also told about how they can be connected to the municipal water supply and sewerage system and about the method of signing contracts with SA “Apa-Canal Chisinau”.

The meetings are held according to a timetable set in concert with the local public administration. In the future, the water supplier intends to create a Consumer Information Center that will work round-the-clock.
