“Apă-Canal Chișinău” launches Personal Office service

The customers of “Apă-Canal Chisinau” SA will be able to use a virtual office that will enable them to perform a wide range of operations, including to pay the bill online, without going to the Common Information Center. The “Personal Office” service was launched on the occasion of the 129th anniversary of the company and is already available on its website, IPN reports.

The supplier said that besides convenience offered to users, the online service directly contributes to reducing the risk of infection with COVID-19 among customers and the personnel of the company.

The administration of “Apă-Canal Chișinău” calls on its clients to register in the “Personal Office” and to discover the possibilities of a useful instrument for managing their accounts nonstop, from any corner of the world, with Internet connection only.

The company’s acting director general Anatolie Lichii said the safety and comfort of customers has been one of their priorities during this pandemic year as well. “The continuous development of remote service and communication instruments helps us to be as close to them as possible, representing an assumed mission of the managerial team and of the company in general,” he stated.
